What is Pilates…

Pilates (English pronunciation: /pɨˈlɑːtiːz/, German: [piˈlaːtəs]) is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates in Germany, the UK and the USA. As of 2005, there were 11 million people practicing the discipline regularly and 14,000 instructors in the United States.

Pilates called his method Contrology (from control and Greek -λογία, -logia), because he believed that his method uses the mind to control the muscles. Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility, but also strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back.

2024 Rates:

Per Session Singles

·       Private- $150

·       Duet- $200 ($100/ person)

·       Trio- $240 ($80/ person)

·       Quad- $280 ($70/person)

Group classes are available for $55/ person.

Ten (10) Class Packages are available for a discounted rate of $5 less per session.

All rates are for a 50 minute session. 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled session result in charge of full session rate.

In-home group sessions available. $350 minimum for up to 6 people. $50 each additional person. Mats and props included.
